Halo Water Proofing has been the Xenia area's go-to call for Exterior Waterproofing because we answer the phone, show up on time, and stand behind the work.
Halo Water Proofing started as a small OH crew and grew because Xenia customers kept referring us to neighbors β that's still how most of our work comes in today.
We don't send apprentices to figure it out on your dime. Every Xenia job is run by a technician who has done this exact repair dozens of times, with a supervisor who signs off before we call it finished.
Call now and talk to an actual technician, not a script. We'll walk you through what's likely going on and get a crew scheduled.
π +1-866-476-1348Most Xenia customers didn't wake up one day with a flooded basement. It usually started small. These are the early signs worth calling about.
A musty smell in the basement or crawl space is usually moisture you can't see yet, not just "old house smell."
Hairline cracks can widen over a Xenia winter's freeze-thaw cycle and become active leak points by spring.
That white chalky film on basement walls is efflorescence β mineral deposits left behind as water evaporates through concrete.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail at the worst possible time β usually during the next big Xenia storm.
If a foundation wall looks like it's leaning or bulging inward, that's beyond a simple seal and needs a full assessment.
Peeling paint low on a basement wall or warped baseboards upstairs often trace back to moisture migrating up from below.
Every Xenia property is different β soil, slope, foundation age, water table depth. We size the fix to the actual problem, not a one-size package.
Storm season in Xenia, OH means our emergency line gets busy fast β we triage calls by severity so active flooding at your Xenia address jumps the queue ahead of routine inspections.
Call for Emergency Service βFreeze-thaw cycles in Xenia, OH push existing cracks wider every winter, which is why we recommend sealing them before they become an active leak rather than after.
Get a Crack Assessment βAlready have a sump pump that's failing or too small for your Xenia lot? We'll test it, tell you honestly whether it needs replacing, and size the new one to your actual water volume β not the cheapest unit on the truck.
Schedule a Pump Inspection βFor Xenia properties fighting grading or drainage issues, an exterior French drain can intercept water before it ever reaches the foundation wall at all. We map your yard's slope and water flow before recommending which approach fits.
Ask About Drain Systems βMusty smell upstairs that you can't explain? It's usually the crawl space. Our Xenia crews encapsulate the space fully β floor, walls, and vents β so moisture stops migrating into your living areas.
Get a Crawl Space Quote βWe work directly with Xenia property managers and business owners on below-grade waterproofing, parking structure sealing, and large-scale drainage corrections β scheduled around your operating hours.
Request a Commercial Quote βHere's exactly what to expect once you call +1-866-476-1348 for Exterior Waterproofing in Xenia.
We start with a phone conversation, not a script β enough to know whether this is an emergency dispatch or a scheduled inspection.
We walk the space with you, point out what we find, and explain it in plain language β no jargon, no pressure.
You receive a written, itemized quote before any work begins β the number you approve is the number you're billed.
Once the repair is done, you get documentation of the work and a written warranty β not just a handshake.
There's no verbal quote that magically grows once the crew arrives at your Xenia property β the written estimate is the final word.
Because we're actually based near Xenia rather than routing calls through a national center, we can usually get someone out the same day you call.
Warranty terms are explained before you sign, in plain language, so there's no fine print surprise if you ever need to use it.
Our technicians are paid to diagnose correctly, not to upsell β that changes the advice you actually get on-site.
